Sometimes it gets so hard to stay positive when you get so aggravated with dealing with a disease. I wish it were only so easy to wake up one morning and have a fully functional pancreas. But I know it's not going to happen like that. This is why my team is so important to me. A cure would mean the world to me. Its only been two years since my diagnosis, but it seems like an eternity. I think the hardest part is watching all those people around me who don't have to deal with what I'm dealing with. Finger pricks, Insulin shots, countless visits to the doctor. The risks of high and low blood sugars. Dealing with sports and teammates who don't always understand. It's hard being a teen with an incurable disease. That's why I need your help. Please help me cure Juvenile diabetes on October 28 in Philadelphia. One step at a time
